At 7am the next morning I called Same Day and Kyle was at my house around 10 am. Kyle was professional and knowledgeable about his craft and was able to fix the problem quickly. I called Same day Service because my furnace wasn't working properly. They had a technician come out within an hour of me calling. Kyle and Jamie were absolutely AMAZING! I moved into a new house and the AC went out and it hot! I called in the am, and Kyle came out within an hour. We reviewed the unit and we determined a new unit would be the best path forward. He was gonna try to have it done before noon the next day! Which I thought was amazing! THEN he called after he left and said hed come back and get it done in the next hour!!

I could not believe the service! My family was very happy to not have another hot night. The price of the unit was totally reasonable, and the cold air is flowing again.

What can I say about Same Day Service Heating and Cooling, that they are Heaven Sent! Today is Christmas Eve and the first blizzard of the year. It feels like -30 degrees outside and these wonderful people took the time out of their weekend and Holiday to assist me. I have two small children and when we walked our home outside felt warmer outside than in our home. I literally have been crying all day trying to figure out why my new HVAC system failed the day before Christmas. My children were freezing and crying as well due to them being so cold, we literally couldnt feel out toes, fingers, or faces. Right when they received the part they called to set up an appointment and came out within the hour. SO GREAT!! Such great service, communication, and professionalism. Kyle did a great job on my pool heater and got it up and running very quickly so I could get back to work quickly.

Same Day Service removed my worn-out, 30 year old heat pump and installed a complete new system. It was a big job compared to most, but they finished it the same day. The installation crew was very courteous and cleaned-up after themselves. The system is working nicely, and I like having A/C again through these heat waves. I called at 8am on a Saturday about a bad smell coming from the furnace. By 11:05a.m. Kyle and partner had identified the source of the odor (dead chipmunk in the unit). By 11:30a.m. they had sanitized, deoderized, and done regular maintenance on the unit. They were polite, helpful, and cheerful. I will absolutely use them for future maintenance and service needs.

I have read some of the other reviews but I did not experience that. They came the same day and had my problem fixed within an hour. They fixed my blower on the furnace. They were very polite and friendly. I would call them again if I ever have anymore problems.
